COLLI ALBANI - ROMA - (LAZIO)
Produced in the districts of  Albano, Pomezia, Castelgandolfo. Colour from the straw Yellow to the light straw. Winy scent and taste almost lively. Minimal alcoholic gradiaton is of 10,5% volumes. Grapes used are Malvasia for a 60% and for the rest Trebbiano grapes. Temperature of service must be of 9 degrees. Good with Amatriciana, soup of vegetables.
